The Palabok Recipe - A Real Pleasure to Make

The Palabok Recipe was actually inspired by my wife's aunt, and she is a great cook. She had a problem in the past trying to cook the recipe correctly and after she finally got it right, she started sending me pictures of her wonderful creations and even made me a few myself. Now I am not going to lie to you because this recipe is going to be pretty difficult, but I will tell you, that even though this may take some practice, you should at least try to get a hold of one of these for your own kitchen! If it doesn't work out the first time, there is always another recipe out there!
So the Palabok is basically a traditional Korean dish that has a spicy meat sauce with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The main ingredients are onions, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. When making this dish, you need to be careful, as the sweet and sour is extremely strong and may cause a severe headache if you don't drink it, which is okay because it is so delicious.
To make this meat mixture, you will need the onion, garlic, and soy sauce and you also need rice wine vinegar. This mixture can come from any Korean supermarket, but I would recommend the one in Daegu or some other big city. You then just need to combine the onions, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
If you do have to travel to the area, you can try to make the mixture in a food processor. Then you just put it in the fridge, which makes it even easier to mix up and you can eat it cold or reheat it in a pan if you want.
